By accessing or using sopadeli.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What Sopadeli is
Sopadeli is an independent, informational price comparison service for padel equipment. We aggregate publicly available product and pricing data from third-party European retailers and link out to those retailers' own product pages. We do not sell, stock, ship, or invoice any products ourselves.
2. No purchase contract with us
When you click a product link, you leave Sopadeli and enter into a relationship with the retailer of your choice. Any purchase, payment, shipping, warranty, return, or customer-service matter is exclusively between you and that retailer, governed by their terms and conditions.
3. Accuracy of information
Prices, stock availability, product specifications, shipping costs, and images are imported from retailer feeds and updated periodically (typically once per day). They are indicative and may differ from the retailer's live website at any moment. The retailer's checkout page is always the authoritative source. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site's data by automated means without written permission; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site's infrastructure; or (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Sopadeli name, layout, and editorial content are protected by copyright. Brand names, product images, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only under fair-use / nominative-use principles.
6. Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure for details. This does not change the price you pay or the ranking of products on the Site.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sopadeli disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sopadeli and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate prices, missed offers, or third-party retailer conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
